The Art of Life

After graduating with a psychology degree from the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University, I worked as a desktop/server support technician, later rising to work as a technical and project manager for Deutsche Bank. I was laid off during a merger, but armed with a hefty severance package, intelligence, native resilience, and intense drive, I spent the time off enjoyably, attending Fordham's business school, as well as doing pro bono work for MBAs4NYC and MediaChannel.org. Eventually, I was offered work at JP MorganChase as a project manager, and although successful at managing projects, I hungered to work more analytically and creatively, as well as to incorporate more Excel/Access VBA programming into my work. Over time, my responsibilities have evolved to focus entirely on programming, although at times I do manage other developers. My clients over the past several years are primarily top-tier companies, notably NCR, Deloitte, UBS, Credit Suisse, AIG, EDS, and ABN AMRO. |
