I work out three to five days a week, depending upon how hectic my life is. I received certification as a personal trainer in 1991 through The American Council on Exercise. At the time, I was intensely committed to rowing and orienteering, but now, after over twenty years of working out my fitness regimen is less focused and more general, and is primarily utilizes gym equipment. As for diet, I have pursued various forms of vegetarianism, and although I find almost all cuisines appealing, I have a strong preference for leaner foods. Processed soy and fish compose a large percentage of my diet, as do low-fat milk products, but when I am eating out, I enjoy a variety of locations and cuisines. |
